Fleet Management Specialist

About the role

Indie Campers is looking for a Regional Fleet Analyst to drive fleet operations across a portfolio of local depots. You will ensure high fleet availability, quality, and operational efficiency while delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and improve fleet management procedures designed by central teams within the region.
• Execute vehicle in‑fleeting, intervention management, and de‑fleeting processes to maximize availability.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels at depots and procure spare parts as needed.
• Support local teams with vehicle interventions and technical guidance.
• Coordinate vehicle movements and logistics with external providers.
• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with workshops, suppliers, and fleet partners.
• Monitor and optimise vehicle operating costs to improve regional performance.
• Contribute to expansion projects and set up new locations.
• Track operational KPIs and use data to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Background in transport management, mechanics, engineering, logistics or similar fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in fleet operations, logistics coordination, procurement or operational management.
• Hands‑on, action‑oriented mindset with proactive problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable following precise operational procedures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Team player with a collaborative attitude.
• Adaptable and resilient in fast‑paced, changing environments.
• Experience managing suppliers, workshops or logistics partners is a plus.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
