Operations Field Technician

About the role

Powerdot is building a pan‑European network of electric‑vehicle chargers and needs hands‑on professionals to keep the infrastructure running smoothly. As an Operations Field Technician you will travel across your territory, diagnose issues on‑site and ensure every charger delivers a seamless experience for EV drivers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on EV chargers.
• Troubleshoot hardware, firmware and connectivity problems.
• Respond quickly to alerts and resolve issues on‑site.
• Plan daily routes and manage your assigned territory efficiently.
• Stay up‑to‑date with evolving charger technology and firmware releases.

• Strong communication skills with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
