Operations Account Manager

About the role

As an Operations Account Manager you will own the day‑to‑day B2B retail operations for Emma’s offline supply‑chain across European markets. You will act as the main business‑partner liaison, ensuring smooth workflows, accurate reporting and continuous improvement of retailer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple retailer accounts, overseeing daily B2B operations and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Collaborate with offline teams to identify and implement process improvements, supporting operational excellence and sales expansion.
• Map existing procedures, maintain SOP documentation and drive scalability.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with internal teams and external partners, aligning on goals, KPIs and action plans.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with business partners to align outputs with stakeholder objectives.
• Lead ad‑hoc operational projects, process enhancements and client‑specific initiatives.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in a B2B environment such as logistics, e‑commerce, marketplaces or a start‑up.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, comfortable working with data.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and diverse stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
• Adaptability to a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
• Proactive attitude to resolve operational issues before they escalate.
