Operational Risk & Permanent Control Officer

About the role

We are seeking an Operational Risk & Permanent Control Officer to join the CLM Operations team. In this role you will strengthen our operational risk management and internal control framework, working autonomously while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and monitor operational risks across CLM Operations activities.
• Develop and maintain risk cartography using the Group's RCSA methodology.
• Collect, analyse, and report operational incidents, recommending mitigation actions.
• Support regulatory capital monitoring and risk assessment activities.
• Ensure implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Permanent Control framework.
• Perform second‑level reviews of controls and validate their effectiveness.
• Monitor implementation of recommendations from internal audit, regulators, and external auditors.
• Prepare regular and ad‑hoc risk and control reports for management and governance bodies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Audit or a related field.
• Previous experience in operational risk, internal control, audit, compliance or risk management.
• Strong understanding of operational risk management and internal control frameworks.
