Onboarding Project Manager – Europe

About the role

Cloudbeds is looking for an Onboarding Project Manager to lead complex onboarding projects for its mid‑market hospitality customers across Europe. You will guide clients from contract signature through adoption, ensuring a smooth transition to the Account Management team.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the end‑to‑end onboarding lifecycle for mid‑market customers, from sales handoff to go‑live and transition.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones and deliverables to guarantee timely implementations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, maintaining clear communication and stakeholder alignment throughout the project.
• Lead customer meetings—including pre‑kickoff, kickoff, regular check‑ins and go‑live milestones—and document action items.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Onboarding, Account Management, Sales, Product, Support and Professional Services teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring a high‑touch customer experience and rapid value realization.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing SaaS onboarding or implementation projects, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on operational excellence.
