Onboarding Coach – Guest Experience

About the role

As an Onboarding Coach for Guest Experience, you will help hospitality clients adopt Cloudbeds’ AI‑driven platform. Working remotely, you will act as a strategic partner, guiding hoteliers to redesign processes that reduce friction and elevate the guest journey.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized training on the Cloudbeds platform, ensuring clients become confident users.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to turn onboarding feedback into operational improvements.
• Leverage AI tools to automate routine tasks, freeing time for strategic onboarding and deep product adoption.
• Design and recommend best‑practice hospitality workflows that align with the client’s business goals.
• Build strong, trust‑based relationships with clients from day one, embodying the “Caring Rebel” mindset.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in hospitality operations or hotel management.
• Strong emotional intelligence and a passion for delivering personalized guest experiences.
• Ability to act as a strategic advisor rather than just a trainer.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution‑focused attitude.
