Observability Engineer

About the role

TMC is seeking an Observability Engineer to join its project teams. The role operates within an "Employeneurship" model that blends long‑term stability with entrepreneurial freedom, continuous development, and a supportive community of technical experts.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain observability solutions based on open standards.
• Integrate and manage monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, and PRTG across cloud environments.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure reliable telemetry, metrics, and alerts.
• Automate monitoring workflows and reporting to improve system visibility.
• Support Microsoft Azure cloud services and ensure observability best practices are applied.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of professional experience in observability, cloud technologies, and automation.
• Proven track record designing and deploying observability solutions using open standards.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems.
