Night Auditor (M/F)

About the role

We are looking for a Night Auditor to join our team at Vale do Lobo Resort in the Algarve. The role combines front‑desk duties with financial closing tasks, ensuring smooth overnight operations and excellent guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, handle check‑ins and check‑outs during night shifts.
• Close cash registers, reconcile till balances for the main desk and outlet locations.
• Identify and resolve operational errors or system faults.
• Prepare and submit daily financial reports to the finance department.
• Update maintenance and housekeeping requirement schedules.

Required profile

• Relevant professional experience in hospitality or front‑office operations.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to interact with guests.
• Team spirit, flexibility, dynamism and proactive attitude.
• Willingness to work rotating and shift schedules, including nights.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the HOST hotel management system (preferred).
• General computer literacy from a user perspective.
