About the role

The Premium Services Coordinator provides exceptional service to high‑value clients, ensuring all benefits and experiences meet the highest customer‑service standards. The role requires solid knowledge of the entertainment industry and the ability to coordinate elements that create unique, memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls and emails regarding events, orders, and deadlines in a friendly, positive manner.
• Coordinate premium services for high‑profile clients, including parking, food & beverage, and ticketing.
• Inform clients about upcoming events, special menus, due dates, and other relevant details.
• Assist with ticket requests for suites and club seats and prepare detailed client itineraries.
• Communicate with customers to gather information needed to fulfill service requests.
• Gather premium‑service data, generate reports and insights as defined by the Premium Services Manager.
• Utilize multiple computer systems efficiently and support the execution of special events and promotions.
• Supervise concierges, security, and ushers during events and collect necessary logistics information for various departments.

Required profile

• Positive, patient, and friendly attitude with strong self‑motivation.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven problem‑solving abilities with thorough follow‑up.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends when required.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
