New Business Account Executive – Estonian Market

About the role

Revolut is seeking a motivated Account Executive to drive growth of its Business offering within the Estonian market. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting new companies to closing deals and ensuring successful activation of Revolut Business solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers through multi‑channel outreach, with a strong focus on cold‑calling.
• Develop and execute a lead‑generation strategy targeting key verticals and diversifying the prospect base.
• Build and manage a personal pipeline, guiding opportunities from initial contact through closing, onboarding and upsell/cross‑sell activities.
• Collaborate with internal Revolut teams to deliver a seamless customer experience from sign‑up to daily usage.
• Apply solution‑based selling techniques to match customer needs with Revolut Business value propositions.
• Become an expert on Revolut Business products, market positioning and relevant case studies.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Estonian, both spoken and written.
• At least 1 year of proven commercial experience, preferably in outbound sales and prospecting.
• Excellent phone communication and written outreach skills.
• Self‑driven with a strong sense of accountability in a fast‑paced environment.
