Network Engineer – French Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Network Engineer to support a Retail & Luxury Goods client. The role focuses on maintaining network services and infrastructure, ensuring continuity, performance and security while contributing to evolution projects.

Key responsibilities

• Perform operational maintenance of LAN, WAN and WLAN environments.
• Implement and verify configurations on Cisco Catalyst and Meraki devices during scheduled windows.
• Support infrastructure evolution and business‑related projects, preparing technical and operational documentation.
• Provide second‑level technical support to end users and collaborate with other IT teams.
• Monitor network health using tools such as Centron and propose improvements.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent higher education.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering.
• Strong teamwork, organization and detail‑orientation.
• Customer‑service mindset with ability to meet defined service levels.
• Excellent written communication in English and French.

Required skills

• LAN, WAN and WLAN technologies.
• Cisco Catalyst and Cisco Meraki switching/routing.
• Dynamic routing protocols – OSPF, BGP.
• MPLS, Site‑to‑Site VPN, SD‑WAN architectures.
• Firewalls – Palo Alto, Fortinet.
• Network monitoring (Centron).
• Knowledge of Azure or GCP (plus).
