About the role
Impress is expanding its network of cutting‑edge dental clinics across Portugal and is looking for a National Sales Manager to lead direct‑to‑consumer sales. You will be responsible for driving growth, ensuring consistent sales performance, and supporting the company’s strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead sales initiatives across all Impress clinics in Portugal, focusing on B2C direct sales.
- Train, motivate and mentor sales and medical teams within each clinic.
- Collaborate with local teams to streamline sales processes, execution and conversion.
- Maintain best‑practice standards and standardized procedures across locations.
- Develop training materials and deliver ongoing education for clinic staff.
- Monitor sales metrics, ensure quality standards and implement contingency plans when needed.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and challenge the status‑quo.
- Build strong cross‑functional relationships to align results with corporate OKRs.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar national sales leadership role.
- Proven expertise in B2C direct sales, preferably within a retail or health‑care environment.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating large, distributed teams.
- Fluency in English; Portuguese language skills are advantageous.
