Multilingual IT Support Specialist

About the role

Fujitsu is looking for a multilingual IT Support professional to serve as the first point of contact for users across Portugal. You will handle routine and non‑routine incidents, problems and service requests, providing first‑line assistance for a range of Microsoft products, operating systems, basic networking and PC issues.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, log and resolve user incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot common technical problems related to Microsoft software, operating systems, networking and hardware.
• Escalate complex issues to higher‑level support when necessary, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Document actions taken and maintain accurate records in the ticketing system.
• Monitor performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in Spanish and English (French is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Commitment to personal development and a proactive attitude toward learning.
• Understanding of customer environments and service delivery expectations.
