Multilingual IT Support Specialist (French, Spanish, English)

About the role

Fujitsu is looking for a multilingual IT Support Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for users across its Portuguese sites. You will handle routine and non‑routine incidents, problems and service requests, providing 1st‑line support for a range of IT products.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to user tickets and resolve standard technical queries related to Microsoft products, operating systems, basic networking and PC hardware.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot known issues, escalating more complex problems according to service‑level agreements.
• Document all actions taken in the ticketing system, ensuring compliance with established processes.
• Monitor performance metrics and contribute to statistical reporting.
• Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Spanish and English (French is a plus).
• Ability to follow documented procedures and ask relevant questions to understand user problems.
• Willingness to take ownership of incidents and know when to escalate.
• Commitment to personal development and maintaining a development plan.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite and related products.
• Operating system troubleshooting (Windows/Linux).
• Basic networking concepts (IP addressing, LAN/WAN).
• PC hardware configuration and support.
