Molding Operator – Injection Molding

About the role

Viant is seeking a reliable Molding Operator to run injection molding and printing equipment in a GMP‑controlled environment. The role supports daily production of medical device components, ensuring quality, safety, and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Operate assigned injection molding machines or printing equipment according to production schedules.
• Follow GMP procedures and company work instructions at all times.
• Monitor machine output for quality compliance and report any deviations to supervisors or quality inspectors.
• Complete labeling, paperwork, and packaging tasks as required.
• Participate in bi‑monthly major clean‑up activities and perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Understanding of product and process flow in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision after training and to train other operators.
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Basic arithmetic skills and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Physical ability to lift moderate weights, sit or stand for extended periods, and perform detailed hand work.
