Customer Service Representative – Manufacturing & Supply Chain

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our manufacturing and supply‑chain operations. The role will handle the full order‑to‑delivery cycle, ensure accurate order entry, and provide timely status updates to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase orders, order acknowledgements and sales order confirmations using the ERP system.
• Communicate order status and delivery information to customers, acting as a secondary point of contact for site service needs.
• Monitor on‑time delivery performance and drive improvements to reduce missed deliveries.
• Support master production planning and prepare work orders for the production schedule.
• Assist logistics, warehouse activities and departmental improvement projects.
• Enter requisitions, assign purchase orders and verify supplier approvals for MRO items.
• Generate reports and update customer service and sourcing metrics.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree in business or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or customer service.
• Experience with an ERP system; Lean or APICS certification is a plus.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• Ability to work in an office and occasionally in a warehouse environment.
