Molding Operations Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

TE is seeking a seasoned Manager Molding to lead the molding department, drive operational excellence and ensure alignment with strategic goals. You will oversee supervisors and teams, manage day‑to‑day production, and shape long‑term manufacturing plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead molding operations with full P&L accountability, focusing on productivity, cost efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Implement continuous‑improvement and Lean (TEOA) initiatives to meet safety, quality (IATF 16949, ISO 9001) and EHS standards.
• Manage end‑to‑end production, including capacity planning, material flow and resource allocation.
• Develop and execute operating budgets, production plans and CapEx projects.
• Build high‑performing teams through workforce planning, talent development and performance management.
• Ensure stable daily operations, optimal machine utilization and achievement of KPIs such as OEE, scrap, delivery and quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Strong background in manufacturing or production environments, preferably automotive.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams, make data‑driven decisions and manage risk.
• High ethical standards and a customer‑focused mindset.
