Mobile Engineer - iOS

About the role

Farfetch is looking for a Mobile Engineer specialized in iOS to join its Porto or Lisbon team. You will help shape the long‑term mobile strategy by building high‑quality iOS applications that power the luxury fashion marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain iOS features using Swift and Objective‑C following battle‑tested design patterns.
• Write automated UI tests, snapshot tests and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional product teams to ensure consistent releases and high product quality.
• Create reusable libraries and establish best practices for iOS development.
• Prototype new ideas and explore emerging mobile technologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering at least one shipped iOS app, either individually or as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of Swift and Objective‑C.
• Understanding of REST API integration and client‑side architecture.
• Passion for performance optimisation, memory management and UI rendering.
• Fluent English communication skills.
