Mobile Engineer (Flutter)

About the role

We are looking for a Mobile Engineer specialized in Flutter to join an industry‑leading HVAC company that is driving the digital transformation of the sector. You will work on a long‑term project, creating innovative mobile solutions that help reduce energy consumption and shape the future of HVAC technology.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Flutter applications and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Ensure high‑quality outcomes aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies and propose innovative ideas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in mobile application development.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Flutter framework and Dart language.
• Flutter test automation (unit, widget, integration testing).
• Native mobile development knowledge for iOS and Android.
• CI/CD pipelines, e.g., GitHub Actions.
• Experience or interest in BLE and NFC technologies.
