Mixologist – Full‑Time Bar Service

About the role

The Mixologist is responsible for setting up the bar area, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining cleanliness and inventory control for guests and servers.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and break down the bar according to hotel standards, ensuring prompt service.
• Prepare beverages and cocktails following mixing and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous demeanor and adhere to state liquor laws.
• Keep the bar and service areas clean, monitor inventory, and respond to guest issues.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for entire shifts and lift up to 50 lb occasionally.
• Strong verbal and written communication with guests and staff.
• Flexibility for long hours and ability to multitask.

Required skills

• Knowledge of bar setup, drink preparation, and liquor inventory management.
• Familiarity with state liquor regulations and hotel safety procedures.
