Migration Consultant - AI Trainer - Freelance - 8-20 hrs/week - Remote

About the role

We are looking for an experienced migration consultant to work as an AI Trainer on a freelance basis. You will help shape AI models that generate migration strategies, ensuring they are technically accurate and practical. The role is fully remote, with 8‑20 hours of work per week.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI‑generated outputs related to migration processes, strategies and best practices.
• Assess technical accuracy and practicality of AI‑powered migration scenarios.
• Develop real‑world use cases, step‑by‑step migration plans and risk assessments.
• Create scenario variations for data migration, system migration, cloud transitions and other migration types.
• Identify issues, gaps or risks in AI recommendations and provide constructive feedback.
• Influence AI understanding of industry standards, compliance requirements and migration best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a migration consultant, systems integration specialist or project manager handling complex migration initiatives.
• Based in the EU or the United Kingdom.
• Deep knowledge of migration planning, execution, risk mitigation and system interoperability.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented and able to deliver structured feedback.
• Available 8‑20 hours per week and comfortable with remote, asynchronous collaboration.
