Mid-Level DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Mid‑Level DevOps Engineer to join a fast‑paced, cloud‑native team. The role focuses on building and maintaining scalable Kubernetes infrastructure on AWS and GCP, supporting high‑traffic, data‑driven platforms while driving automation, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain production‑grade Kubernetes clusters using GKE and EKS.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, Helm, and Ansible.
• Build, optimise, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fast, secure deployments.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Prometheus, ELK/OpenSearch.
• Support and troubleshoot PostgreSQL and Kafka environments.
• Automate operational tasks with Python and Bash scripting.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues across cloud and containerised environments.
• Collaborate with software engineers to improve deployment strategies.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and provide production support.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure engineering.
• Strong hands‑on experience managing Kubernetes in production.
• Solid expertise with AWS and/or GCP platforms.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑moving, distributed environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
