Microsoft 365 Specialist – Hybrid Cloud

About the role

Join Devoteam’s multidisciplinary Cloud team in Lisbon as a Microsoft 365 Specialist. You will work on hybrid cloud solutions, helping clients adopt and optimise Microsoft 365 services while ensuring accessibility and inclusivity.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues in Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
• Collaborate with Level 1 support to address complex user concerns.
• Develop and deliver training sessions, guides, and resources for end‑users.
• Promote adoption of new features and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
• Configure Microsoft 365 tools to align with organisational and team‑specific needs.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, best practices, and recurring solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Microsoft 365 support role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
