Medical Science Liaison – Portugal

About the role
The Medical Science Liaison will maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge of therapeutic trends and strategies, and act as a bridge between IQVIA and the medical community in Portugal. The role focuses on increasing visibility among key opinion leaders, building relationships with professional and advocacy organisations, and supporting the dissemination of scientific information.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain clinical knowledge of emerging trends, strategies and therapeutic developments.
- Increase visibility among key health leaders (KOLs) and develop strong relationships with them.
- Engage with professional and advocacy organisations to promote scientific exchange.
- Act as a liaison between IQVIA and the medical community, providing scientific support.
Required profile
- PhD, PharmD, MD or MSc degree.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a scientific or medical role.
- Deep understanding of the Portuguese health system.
- Demonstrated credibility with KOLs and other clinicians/health experts.
- Strong scientific and clinical understanding.
