Medical Operations Manager

About the role

The Medical Operations Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring all tasks of the configurations unit related to the Clinical Affairs department, ensuring compliance with company objectives, procedures, and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee system configurations, including notes, tasks, assessments, and business rules.
• Develop and maintain the task control dashboard and manage periodic reconciliation activities.
• Supervise clinical reports, regulatory processes, and system access approvals.
• Analyze operational data to generate reports, dashboards, and drive improvements.
• Represent the unit in vendor meetings and lead discussions on application enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT and business owners on software solutions and business requirements.
• Supervise, train, evaluate, and ensure personnel compliance with policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in clinical system configurations and dashboard administration.
• At least two years of supervisory experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (writing, speaking, comprehension).

Required skills

• Intermediate skills in data analysis tools and languages such as Microsoft Access and SQL.
