Mechanical Engineer – Customer Service

About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer who will focus on delivering innovative mechanical solutions that enhance customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to design, validate, and document system upgrades while ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design architecture, sketch, calculate and detail new mechanical solutions, meeting deadlines, quality requirements, standards and regulations.
• Perform static, kinematic and dynamic calculations to assess strength and characteristics of mechanical assemblies.
• Create items and bills of materials in the ERP system and ensure correct identification and submission.
• Produce technical documentation such as manuals, data sheets, production and installation guides, and support test releases.
• Assist in preparing user support documentation and promote incorporation of emerging technologies.
• Maintain a technology radar to keep the product portfolio up‑to‑date and differentiated.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on machines or structures design.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor or similar).
• Strong time‑management, analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Team player with excellent communication skills, autonomous and proactive.
• Flexibility and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of machinery safety standards is a plus.
