Mechanical Designer – Robotics and Automation

About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical Designer to create innovative solutions for robotic cells, special machines, and mobile robotics across diverse industries such as automotive, OEM, and food production. You will be responsible for turning concepts into reliable, safe, and cost‑effective equipment while ensuring compliance with legal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design mechanical solutions for robotic cells, special machines, and mobile robots.
• Plan, organize, and manage development and project design activities.
• Guarantee quality, functionality, and safety of equipment, adhering to regulations.
• Maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Prepare maintenance manuals for delivered solutions.
• Research new technologies, materials, and procedures to enhance products.
• Optimize processes to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges.

Required profile

• CET (Technical Specialization Course) or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Design.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong sense of responsibility, time‑management, and assertive communication.
• Team‑oriented mindset and ability to work in multidisciplinary environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks.
• Knowledge of materials and their properties.
• Understanding of calculation and dimensioning.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
