Mechanical Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical Designer to create innovative solutions for robotic cells, special machines, and mobile robotics across various industries such as automotive, OEM, and food. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality, safe equipment while meeting strict deadlines and budget constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Design mechanical solutions for robotic and automation projects.
• Plan, organize and manage development and project design activities.
• Ensure equipment complies with quality, functionality, safety and legal regulations.
• Prepare maintenance manuals for the developed equipment.
• Research new technologies, materials and procedures to improve products.
• Optimize processes to increase efficiency, effectiveness and quality.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges.

Required profile

• Technical Specialization Course (CET) or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or Design.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong sense of responsibility, time‑management and assertive communication.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt quickly to new technologies.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks.
• Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of calculation and dimensioning.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
