About the role

The company is looking for an Industrial Mechanic to ensure the proper execution of preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance in a manufacturing plant. The role supports production schedules, safety standards and food safety management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Administer preventive and corrective work orders to meet the weekly maintenance program.
• Achieve a weekly maintenance execution rate above 90%.
• Support production, service level and plant efficiency by completing maintenance plans.
• Provide emergency response for machinery breakdowns.
• Ensure compliance with EHS safety rules and Good Manufacturing Practices during all maintenance activities.
• Report any observations related to the food safety management system to Quality or Plant Management.
• Follow PepsiCo food safety policies and prerequisite programs.
• Perform any additional duties assigned.

Required profile

• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanics, Instrumentation or Electricity.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance activities.
• Basic knowledge of electricity and ability to read electrical schematics.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and adapt to varying schedules.
