Material Planning & Supply Chain Internship

About the role

Join Bosch Group in Aveiro for a 12‑month extracurricular internship focused on material planning and supply chain. You will work with internal and external suppliers, support new product launches, and help optimise inventory while gaining hands‑on experience in a leading industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and source materials from internal and external suppliers while optimising inventory levels.
• Monitor logistics KPIs, identify availability risks and implement corrective actions.
• Support new product launches and engineering changes, ensuring master data accuracy.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics or operations planning is a plus.
• Knowledge of logistics concepts and Lean principles.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.
• Organised, detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
