Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

About the role

BOA Hotels, an international hospitality group, is seeking a proactive Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to bring its brands to life across digital channels. You will work from the headquarters and collaborate closely with sales, operations, PR and property teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok accounts for BOA Hotels and sub‑brands.
• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars, publish posts, write captions and monitor engagement.
• Create visual assets such as posts, stories, reel covers, paid‑ad creatives and other digital materials.
• Support paid social campaigns on Meta platforms, track performance and produce simple monthly reports.
• Identify, coordinate and manage relationships with influencers and content creators.
• Capture photo and video content during events and guest experiences.
• Organise content files and ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media for a brand.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and reliable.
