Marketing Manager – Hotel Brand & Digital

About the role

The Marketing Manager will define, manage and implement the brand, communication and marketing strategy for a hotel within the Marriott/Sheraton portfolio. Working closely with the General Manager, the role ensures brand consistency across digital, physical and institutional touchpoints while driving commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the hotel’s brand strategy, safeguarding alignment with global brand standards.
• Plan, launch and optimise digital campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms; monitor KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate and ROI.
• Maintain and improve the hotel website, ensuring SEO best practices, accurate content and excellent user experience.
• Produce and oversee branded content for social media and digital channels; analyse performance and adjust tactics.
• Generate regular performance reports on digital activity and brand KPIs; use insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with Revenue, Sales and Guest Experience teams to align marketing initiatives.
• Support institutional communication, PR activities and offline marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all physical assets.
• Assist in budgeting and resource planning to maximise ROI.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand strategy and digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Ability to work directly with senior management, especially the General Manager, to ensure strategic coherence.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
