Marketing Manager – Events & Content (Iberia)

About the role

GoodHabitz is looking for a hands‑on Marketing Manager to support the Demand Generation Manager in delivering regional marketing strategies across Spain and Portugal. The focus will be on end‑to‑end event management and tactical content support to ensure the brand resonates with the Iberian market.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of regional events (trade shows, webinars, customer and partner events) and maintain an event calendar with timelines, budgets and resources.
• Plan and execute events, handling venue selection, vendor negotiation, on‑site coordination and post‑event follow‑up.
• Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts and ensure cost‑effective delivery while meeting quality standards.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to align events with lead‑generation and engagement goals.
• Develop measurement frameworks, capture leads and produce ROI reports.
• Create event‑related content such as invitations, landing pages, social media posts and follow‑up communications.
• Support LinkedIn and other social channels for event promotion.

Required profile

• Proven experience in event marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS or learning‑technology environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
