Marketing Cloud Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Cloud Business Analyst to join our international team in Porto. In this hybrid position you will translate business requirements into effective transactional communications and marketing automation solutions, working closely with stakeholders, product owners and Scrum teams.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain transactional email solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Create, update, validate and optimise email templates.
• Support the design, implementation and enhancement of transactional customer journeys.
• Coordinate content updates ensuring messaging aligns with business requirements.
• Provide third‑level support for production issues related to transactional communications.
• Gather, analyse and clarify business requirements and translate them into clear, testable user stories.
• Refine and prioritise backlog items together with the Product Owner.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers and business teams in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and customer communication experiences.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Hands‑on experience configuring transactional emails and customer journeys.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong ability to gather, analyse and document business requirements.
• Professional proficiency in English.
