Manufacturing Relationship Manager – Plant IT

Element Solutions empowers its employees to own outcomes and drive impact. The Manufacturing Relationship Manager – Plant IT will serve as the key IT liaison for a high‑volume, regulated electronics manufacturing site, ensuring technology solutions enable performance, reliability and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT partner for plant leadership, translating manufacturing technology needs into strategic priorities and successful initiatives.
• Collaborate with plant management, supply‑chain teams and global IT functions to develop and execute a manufacturing IT strategy aligned with corporate standards.
• Support site performance, reliability, compliance and business objectives through appropriate technology solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Process Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 7 years of technical experience, including at least 5 years in IT business partnership roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical ability, customer focus and collaborative leadership style.
• Professional working proficiency in English and willingness to travel 10–20%.
