Manufacturing Operator I – Third Shift (10 pm‑6 am)

About the role

The Manufacturing Operator I is responsible for executing the lowest‑level manufacturing steps on product batches, using the appropriate equipment and following safety policies, GMP procedures and batch production records (paper or electronic).

Key responsibilities

• Apply safety policies, GMP, LOTO and PPE while performing cleaning, set‑up, loading, unloading and operation of equipment such as blenders, compressors and coaters.
• Transfer materials between work centres, monitor operating parameters, perform in‑process testing and record data on batch records.
• Assist with routine preventive maintenance, minor repairs and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
• Ensure equipment and materials are ready for production, adjust equipment to minimise product loss and maintain product quality.

Required profile

• High School Diploma with 3 years manufacturing experience, or Associate degree with 2 years experience, or Bachelor’s degree (no experience required).
• Good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.

Required skills

• Operation of blenders, compressors and coaters.
• Use of analog and digital controls on manufacturing equipment.
• Lock‑Out/Tag‑Out (LOTO) procedures and PPE compliance.
• Preventive maintenance and minor equipment repairs.
• In‑process testing, sampling and formulation control checks.
