Manufacturing Operator – Compression – Third Shift (10pm‑6am)

About the role

Join Haleon’s manufacturing team as a Compression Operator on the third (night) shift. You will execute core production steps on a variety of health‑care products, ensuring safety, quality and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Apply safety policies, GMP practices and LOTO procedures while operating equipment.
• Set up, load, unload, clean and run blenders, compression machines and coaters according to the weekly schedule.
• Monitor operating parameters, record data on paper or electronic batch records, and address deviations immediately.
• Transfer materials between work centers, perform minor equipment maintenance and assist with preventive maintenance tasks.
• Support 5S implementation and accurately tag OEE/RTE events for performance tracking.

Required profile

• High school diploma with at least 3 years of manufacturing operator experience, or equivalent education/experience.
• Demonstrated compression experience and familiarity with manufacturing equipment technology.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends or holidays as production needs dictate.
