Manufacturing Engineer – 2nd Shift

About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our production team on the 2nd shift (1 PM – 10 PM, Monday‑Friday) in Puerto Rico. You will take ownership of complex engineering tasks, analyze processes, and develop innovative solutions that drive efficiency and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and own complex manufacturing engineering projects involving multiple technical elements.
• Analyze existing manufacturing processes, identify issues, and pinpoint improvement opportunities.
• Develop and recommend effective solutions when standard procedures are insufficient.
• Apply creative thinking and new methods to resolve technical and manufacturing challenges.
• Assess the impact of proposed solutions on related systems and processes.
• Collaborate with peers and mentors through technical reviews and validation activities.
• Support verification and validation of engineering solutions and processes.
• Proactively identify and resolve manufacturing issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Software, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 0–2 years of engineering experience or equivalent advanced education.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical assignments.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and adapt to changing priorities.
