Manager, Product Management

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Product Management to lead the go‑to‑market strategy for its Portfolio Intelligence program worldwide. You will work closely with global and regional product teams to drive revenue optimization and ensure the solution meets diverse customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Own the go‑to‑market plan for the Portfolio Intelligence dashboard, collaborating with Global and Regional Product Managers.
• Partner with regional product teams to prioritize Portfolio Intelligence initiatives and support local sales discussions.
• Design and execute market launch strategies in new regions, working alongside Product Managers.
• Collect and channel customer feedback to Global Product and Development teams.
• Develop market penetration plans with Regional Product leads, ensuring thorough analysis and prioritisation across segments.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline of opportunities and assist in assessing regional P&L quality.
• Track and report key pipeline KPIs.
• Support Sales and Account Managers with sales conversations, demo delivery, and objection handling.
• Address existing customer queries, coordinating with appropriate teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Required profile

• Strong familiarity with Mastercard services sales organization and practices.
• Proven ability to engage with customers and drive global go‑to‑market strategies.
• Experience collaborating with regional and global product managers.
• Ability to manage pipeline data, KPI tracking, and regional P&L insights.
• Excellent communication skills for supporting sales teams and handling customer inquiries.
