Vaccines First Line Sales Manager

About the role

An exciting opportunity to lead a team of Vaccines Sales Representatives in Portugal, reporting to the Vaccines Business Unit Director. The role translates strategy into action, drives business performance and ensures disciplined execution of commercial plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Sales Representative team to achieve business objectives and high performance.
• Support territory and account planning, oversee key account strategy, and identify growth opportunities.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Brand & Customer Managers, Medical Affairs, Market Access and other teams to meet business priorities.
• Ensure compliance, omnichannel execution and a consistent customer experience across the territory.

Required profile

• University degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Biomedical Sciences, Business or related field.
• Proven experience in sales leadership, field force or account management within healthcare or a complex commercial environment.
• Fluency in Portuguese, professional proficiency in English, a valid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and business dashboards for data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to use approved artificial‑intelligence tools responsibly in line with company policies.
