Manager, Product Management – Global Prepaid

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Product Management to lead the Global Prepaid product line. The role focuses on key verticals such as payroll, social disbursements, and transit, driving innovation and aligning solutions with regional strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product management execution for prepaid verticals in partnership with regional and cross‑functional teams.
• Develop new prepaid offerings, features, and enhancements using Mastercard’s assets and consumer insights.
• Analyze data to uncover under‑penetrated programs and capture untapped market opportunities.
• Support regional teams with best practices, regulatory guidance, and consistent value propositions.
• Assist sales and regional teams in pre‑ and post‑sale meetings with deep product knowledge.
• Own end‑to‑end strategic projects, monitor results, and ensure successful implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Proven track record in strategic project or product management.
• Experience managing complex product portfolios, preferably in payments or fintech.
