Manager, Global Trade Investigations (Remote – Puerto Rico)

About the role

The Manager, Global Trade Investigations & Disclosures leads the initial review and handling of potential Global Trade compliance matters for Collins Aerospace, a business unit of RTX. Working remotely from Puerto Rico, you will evaluate allegations, conduct investigations, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Key responsibilities

• Interview subjects and review documents to assess potential violations of Global Trade laws and policies.
• Collaborate with the broader Global Trade organization to determine compliance outcomes.
• Maintain an active caseload in RTX’s GT360 matter‑management system.
• Brief Collins Aerospace leadership on investigation status and findings.
• Develop, document, and track corrective actions for confirmed policy breaches.
• Close matters that do not rise to a reasonable suspicion of violation.
• Monitor loss of company assets and employee travel for possible regulatory issues.
• Generate and analyze reports from compliance and business systems to identify actionable trends.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship or U.S. Person status (required for access to program information).
• University degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of experience.
• Strong analytical and investigative abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
