Manager, Commercial Quality

About the role

PrimeVigilance is seeking a Manager, Commercial Quality to lead and oversee quality operations across the Ergomed Group. The role focuses on delivering Quality Cost Grids, supporting Quality as a Service, and contributing to request for information (RFI) and bid defence activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Commercial Quality activities across the Ergomed group, ensuring compliance with global GxP regulations and standards.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for GxP Commercial Quality, providing input to procedures, policies, and training.
• Drive quality input into client proposals, RFIs, presentations, and bid defence meetings.
• Participate in business development, helping identify opportunities, develop budgets, and present to clients.
• Mentor and develop Quality staff to build competence and expertise.
• Create and maintain commercial materials and slide decks for Quality as a Service activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial quality management within a GxP‑regulated environment.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Experience supporting business development and bid defence processes.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration.
