Manager, Business Process Improvement

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a dynamic professional to lead Business Process Improvement within its Services organization. The role focuses on translating strategic demand forecasts into actionable capacity plans, championing data‑driven decision‑making, and ensuring scalable, cost‑effective delivery across regional markets.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with regional Product, Sales, Client Services and Finance teams to influence senior‑level strategic decisions.
• Lead analysis of current and future capacity requirements using business forecasts, market trends and operational demand drivers.
• Orchestrate end‑to‑end capacity planning processes, delivering insights that enable efficiencies and support growth objectives.
• Drive efficiency, scalability and cost‑effectiveness across Client Services teams.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations to align commercial ambition with delivery capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic advisory, capacity planning or business process improvement.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience working in a data‑driven, fast‑moving environment, preferably within payments or related services.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
