Manager - AI & Data Engineer

About the role

The role focuses on implementing solutions and working in client‑engagement teams to deliver technology consulting services. You will design and build data and analytics architectures that enable better business outcomes, and support data science, BI, AI and cloud applications at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Implement end‑to‑end enterprise solutions on Microsoft Azure in collaboration with Cloud Solution Architects.
• Design, develop and maintain data lakes, data warehouses and relational/non‑relational databases.
• Collect, aggregate and analyse structured and unstructured data from multiple sources, presenting patterns and insights.
• Scale data for machine‑learning and AI use cases, including GenAI projects.
• Support strategy, planning, team management and implementation of data‑design services, providing sizing and configuration assistance.
• Work closely with customers to understand their data estate, IT and business priorities and design appropriate implementation architectures.

Required profile

• Minimum 6+ years of professional consulting experience in technology.
• BA/BS or MS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT, data ingestion, cleansing, engineering and data modelling.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to manage workload independently and adapt quickly to change.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Agile or Scrum delivery methods.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as Azure Data Engineer Associate or Azure Fundamentals.
