Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will lead the daily execution of maintenance, safety and technical services across multiple units. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the role ensures legal compliance, accurate recording in the CMMS and rapid response to incidents following the PDCA cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and perform technical rounds, safety checks and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Manage the CMMS: open, analyse, close work orders, record costs, hours and KPI data.
• Monitor mandatory inspections (fire safety, IEQ, elevators, electrical, gas, pressure) and ensure documentation is complete.
• Supervise external service providers, validate work quality before closing work orders.
• Record energy, water and gas consumption, identify variances and support efficiency initiatives.
• Participate in internal audits, analyse non‑conformities and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Technical secondary education (CET) or a degree in Electromechanical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building maintenance/operations in retail, hospitality or shopping centre environments.
• Proficiency with a CMMS and strong reporting skills in Excel/PowerPoint.
• Solid knowledge of fire‑safety systems, IEQ, HACCP, Legionella control, energy certification, low‑voltage electrical installations and occupational safety.
