About the role
The Logistics Specialist will support daily logistics operations for a fast‑growing global mobile communications provider. Based in Lisbon, you will ensure the efficient movement of goods, from internal IT assets to customer shipments, while maintaining accurate coordination across the supply chain.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and monitor delivery performance.
- Receive, unbox, and sort incoming cargo shipments.
- Track shipments end‑to‑end, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery.
- Maintain inventory accuracy for internal IT assets and customer shipments.
- Collaborate with internal IT and operations teams to resolve logistics issues.
Required profile
- Foundational logistics experience with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to take accountability for stock management and shipping processes.
- Comfort working in a fast‑growing, technology‑driven environment.
