Logistics Scheduler

About the role

The Logistics Scheduler ensures the right material, in the right quantity, reaches Aptiv customers at the right time, supporting high customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Customer Logistics Team Leader and Production Control & Logistics Director, you will act as the key contact for assigned customers and coordinate daily communication across factory departments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and monitor delivery schedules for an assigned portfolio.
• Participate in customer meetings, understand their strategic plans, and act as the primary contact within Production Control & Logistics.
• Coordinate and escalate customer issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Analyze demand fluctuations versus forecasts using SIOP data.
• Support cross‑functional teams including production planning, quality, warehouse, and shipping.
• Track and report KPI performance, customer satisfaction, and logistics claims.
• Control and monitor premium freight costs for outbound shipments.

Required profile

• Degree in International Relations, Management, Industrial/Systems Engineering, Production Control & Logistics or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in production control or logistics.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; German, French or Italian is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, teamwork and problem‑solving abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP or a similar ERP system.
