Logistics Scheduler

About the role

As a Logistics Scheduler at Aptiv you will ensure the right material, in the right quantity, reaches the right customer at the right time. You will act as the key contact for assigned customers, coordinating daily communication between factory departments and customers to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of assigned customers, overseeing order management and delivery schedule follow‑up.
• Participate in customer meetings, understand customer profiles and strategic plans.
• Coordinate and escalate customer issues, ensuring clear communication across the organization.
• Monitor demand fluctuations versus forecasts and perform data analysis via SIOP.
• Support cross‑functional teams including production planning, quality, warehouse and shipping.
• Track and report customer service level KPIs, analyze satisfaction levels and logistic claims.
• Control and monitor premium freight costs for outbound shipments.

Required profile

• Degree in International Relations, Management, Industrial/Systems Engineering, Production Control & Logistics or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in production control and logistics.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of German, French or Italian is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, teamwork and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system.
