Logistics Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an organised and detail‑oriented Logistics Administrator to support EID’s logistics and international trade operations. The role ensures the smooth flow of goods and related documentation for inbound and outbound shipments while maintaining compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities, tracking shipments and associated paperwork.
• Prepare, validate and manage import and export documentation, including customs forms and licences.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transport providers, regulatory authorities and internal teams to guarantee operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of trade licences and other international trade documents.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics and administrative processes.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in logistics, administration, or import/export operations.
• Familiarity with international shipping documentation and customs procedures.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite.
• ERP systems, preferably SAP.
